Barfold’s classic Extra Virgin Olive oil, combined with the Australian native Lemon Myrtle tree leaf to produce a herbaceous lemon flavoured infused oil. Barfold’s Lemon Myrtle infused oil is great for steamed vegetable dishes, garden salads, drizzling over grilled meats and even substitutes for butter in tea cakes.

Before bottling, the oil is filtered to remove and any Lemon Myrtle leaf, leaving Lemon Myrtle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. No additional heat added to this infusion.
